CALL TO ORDER

Mayor Allen welcomed everyone to the meeting of the Resaca City Council.

INVOCATION

Councilman Todd Rutledge lead the meeting in prayer.

 PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 

Mayor Allen led the council meeting in the Pledge of Allegiance to the United States flag.

MINUTES

Mayor Allen ask for a motion to waive the reading of the minutes from the October meeting Councilman Austin made a motion to waive the reading of the minutes. Councilman Rutledge seconded the motion. All in favor, the motion passed. Mayor Allen ask for a motion to approve the minutes from October meeting. Councilwoman Adams made a motion to approve the minutes. Councilman Wyatt seconded the motion. All in favor. The motion passed.

NEW BUSINESS

Approve 2019 Line of Credit – Councilwoman Adams made the motion to accept the line of credit as proposed by North Georgia National Bank. Councilman Austin seconded the motion. All in favor. The motion passed.

Fruit Baskets for Christmas – Councilwoman Adams ask to table this item until the December meeting to allow her to get some more prices.

UPDATES

INGLE HOUSE SALE – Attorney Bowen gave an update at the work session.

 DEPARTMENT REPORTS

ROAD AND STREETS

Councilman Austin reported no problems.

Sheriff’s Report

Deputy gave the report. The report is attached to minutes.

LIGHTS

Councilwoman Adams reported light is out at Oak Street and Pine Crest. It is on order.

RECREATION

Councilman Rutledge gave the recreation report. Report is attached.

MAINTENANCE REPORT

Councilman Wyatt gave the report. Dump truck is broken down.

ADJOURMENT

Mayor Allen asked for a motion to adjourn the meeting. Councilwoman Adams made a motion to close the meeting. Councilman Wyatt seconded the motion. All in favor. The motion passed.
