CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Allen welcomed everyone to the meeting of the Resaca City Council.
INVOCATION
Councilman Todd Rutledge lead the meeting in prayer.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Mayor Allen led the council meeting in the Pledge of Allegiance to the United States flag.
MINUTES
Mayor Allen ask for a motion to waive the reading of the minutes from the April meeting Councilwoman Adams made a motion to waive the reading of the minutes. Councilman Austin seconded the motion. All in favor, the motion passed. Mayor Allen ask for a motion to approve the minutes from April meeting. Councilwoman Adams made the motion to accept the minutes. Councilman Wyatt seconded the motion. All in favor. The motion passed.
NEW BUSINESS

UPDATES
INGLE HOUSE BROKERAGE BIDS – Attorney Bowen asked for approval on getting bids for Brokerage Services to assist in the disposition of the Ingle House. Councilman Austin made the motion to approve the resolution. Councilman Rutledge seconded the motion. All in favor. The motion passed.

Councilman Austin reported no problems.
Sheriff’s Report
Lt. Jenkins gave the report. The report is attached to minutes.
LIGHTS
Councilwoman Adams reported no new light problems.
RECREATION
Councilman Rutledge gave the recreation report. Report is attached.
MAINTENANCE REPORT
Councilman Wyatt gave the report. No problems
ADJOURMENT
Mayor Allen asked for a motion to adjourn the meeting. Councilman Rutledge made a motion to close the meeting. Councilwoman Adams seconded the motion. All in favor. The motion passed.
