CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Allen welcomed everyone to the meeting of the Resaca City Council.
INVOCATION
Councilman Todd Rutledge lead the meeting in prayer.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Mayor Allen led the council meeting in the Pledge of Allegiance to the United States flag.
MINUTES
Mayor Allen ask for a motion to waive the reading of the minutes from the November meeting Councilwoman Adams made a motion to waive the reading of the minutes. Councilman Rutledge seconded the motion. All in favor, the motion passed. Mayor Allen ask for a motion to approve the minutes from November meeting. Councilwoman Adams made the motion to accept the minutes. Councilman Wyatt seconded the motion. All in favor. The motion passed.
NEW BUSINESS
Approve Alcohol License: Councilman Wyatt made the motion to approve the Renewal License for Pilot Travel Center, Resaca Stop and Go, Resaca Grocery, Shell Station and the ABC Convenience Store. Councilwoman Adams seconded the motion. All in favor. The motion passed.
Approve Amended Cell Tower Ordinance: Tabled
Approve Line of Credit Resolution for 2019 with North Georgia National Bank: Councilman Wyatt made a motion to approve the resolution. Councilwoman Adams seconded the motion. All in favor. The motion passed.
Approve Allied Underground Services Bid: Councilwoman Adams made a motion to award the bid to Allied Underground Services. Councilman Rutledge seconded the motion. All in favor. The motion passed.

DEPARTMENT REPORTS
ROAD AND STREETS
No report. Council and Mayor agreed to have Clerk apply for a Home Depot Credit Card for the Town.
Sheriff’s Report
Sgt. Chad Phillips gave the report. The report is attached to minutes.
LIGHTS
Councilwoman Adams report no light problems at this time.
RECREATION
Councilman Rutledge gave the recreation report. Report is attached.
MAINTENANCE REPORT
Councilman Wyatt gave the report.
ADJOURMENT
Mayor Allen asked for a motion to adjourn the meeting. Councilman Wyatt made a motion to close the meeting. Councilman Rutledge seconded the motion. All in favor. The motion passed.
