CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Wyatt welcomed everyone to the meeting of the Resaca City Council.
INVOCATION
Councilmember Brant Talley led the meeting in prayer.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Mayor Wyatt led the council meeting in the Pledge of Allegiance to the United
States flag.
MINUTES
Mayor Wyatt asked for a motion to waive the reading of the minutes from the
February meeting. Councilmember Keese made a motion to waive the reading of
the minutes. Councilmember Rutledge seconded the motion. All in favor, the
motion passed. Mayor Wyatt asked for a motion to approve the minutes from the
meeting. Councilmember Adams made the motion to accept the minutes.
Councilmember Keese seconded the motion. All in favor. The motion passed.
NEW BUSINESS
Fence Quote
Mayor Wyatt asked for a motion to approve the quote of $16,080.59 from Inline
Fence Co. Councilmember Talley made the motion to approve the quote.
Councilmember Keese seconded. All in favor. The motion passed.
Urban Camping Ordinance
Mayor Wyatt asked for a motion to open voting for camping ordinance.
Councilmember Keese made the motion to open voting. Mayor Wyatt asked for a
motion to approve the ordinance. Councilmember Keese made the motion.
Councilmember Rutledge seconded. All in favor. The motion passed.
UPDATES & UNFINISHED BUSINESS
Tabled from February: Amendments to Town zoning ordinance and
readoption of zoning map
Mayor Wyatt tabled for April meeting. The map is not available.
DEPARTMENT REPORTS
SHERIFF’S DEPT
Lt. Jack Jenkins gave the report for February. The report is attached to minutes.
RECREATION
Councilmember Rutledge gave the recreation report. Report is attached.
ROADS AND STREETS
No updates to report. Councilmember Keese will ride the city roads with Randy
Wheat and determine areas that need to be covered.
LIGHTS
Councilmember Keese reports 2 lights that are not turning off. Councilmember
Adams will report those to North GA EMC.
MAINTENANCE REPORT
Councilmember Talley reports on general maintenance and duties.

made the motion to close the meeting. Councilmember Rutledge seconded the
motion. All in favor. Motion passed.
