CALL TO ORDER
Mayor ProTem Wyatt welcomed everyone to the meeting of the Resaca City Council.
INVOCATION
Councilman Todd Rutledge lead the meeting in prayer.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Mayor ProTem Wyatt led the council meeting in the Pledge of Allegiance to the United States flag.
MINUTES
Mayor ProTem Wyatt ask for a motion to waive the reading of the minutes from the October 8th meeting. Mayor Allen made a motion to waive the reading of the minutes. Councilwoman Adams seconded the motion. All in favor, the motion passed. Mayor ProTem Wyatt ask for a motion to approve the minutes from the October meeting. Councilwoman Adams made the motion to accept the minutes. Councilman Rutledge seconded the motion. All in favor. The motion passed.
NEW BUSINESS
Approve line of credit renewal for 2020.
Mayor ProTem Wyatt ask for a motion to renew the line of credit for 2020. Councilwoman Adams made the motion. Councilman Rutledge seconded the motion. All in favor. The motion passed.

DEPARTMENT REPORTS
- ROAD AND STREETS
- They are still checking on the issue at Riverview.
- Sheriff’s Report
- Lt Jenkins gave the report. The report is attached to the minutes.
- LIGHTS
- No problems with the lights. Councilwoman Adams is in touch with NGEMC about repairing the ballpark lights. She will report back.
- RECREATION
- Councilman Rutledge gave the recreation report. The report is attached.
- MAINTENANCE REPORT
- Nothing new to report.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor ProTem Wyatt asked for a motion to adjourn the meeting. Councilman Rutldege made a motion to close the meeting. Councilwoman Adams seconded the motion. All in favor. The motion passed.
